Gomez Ready To Pick Up Where He Left Off IndyCar

It doesn’t seem that long ago that I won the season-ending Indy Pro Series race at Chicagoland Speedway, but here we are six months later, and we’re getting ready start the season again in Florida.

I’ve joined Guthrie Racing, which is the team that got me started in the Indy Pro Series. I was with the team in 2006 when I made my debut in the Indy Pro Series when I was 17. It’s great to return back with them.

I still have the same number (23), but I’m with a new team with new colors (blue and yellow) and maybe even a new sponsor on the side of the car (can’t say yet).

So 2008 is a fresh start for me, and I hope I can pick up where I finished last season.
