Chicago, Ill. - A judgment has been entered in favor of Hill & Knowlton confirming an arbitration award in the amount of $535,136 against A1 Team USA Racing, LLC (formerly known as A1 Team USA, LLC). The award reflects amounts unpaid by A1 Team USA Racing for past services rendered and expenses incurred by Hill & Knowlton in support of A1 Team USA Racing during the 2005-2006 A1 Grand Prix season, as well as costs incurred by Hill & Knowlton in trying to collect those fees and expenses.

The judgment was entered in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.

A1 Team USA Racing has not paid any of the $535,136 award, which is due immediately, despite the award issuing in October 2006 and the court’s confirming judgment being rendered in October 2007.
