Motorsports Show Has Everything For Dirt Track Racing Fan

If you love dirt track racing, you’ll love the Motorsports Show that takes place every year at the Orange County Fairgrounds in the Town of Wallkill right before the start of the racing season.

This year’s show, which took place March 14-16, was packed with sprint cars, midget cars, stock cars, go-carts and more. Racetracks such as Accord, Oakland Valley, Black Rock Speedway and Orange County Fair Speedway are where most of these people race.

Racers from all over displayed their vehicles and spoke with visitors.

Not only were visitors entertained with the race car display, but they also were able to get autographs from drivers, participate in a hot dog eating contest (hot dogs courtesy of Maxwell Foods), a two-man tire-changing contest and a spark plug changing contest. There was something for everyone.
