NASCAR Busch Series Crew Chief Fined For Violations at Talladega

NASCAR announced today that Paul Wolfe, crew chief of the No. 22 Dodge driven by Mike Bliss in the NASCAR Busch Series, has been fined due to rule violations this past weekend at Talladega Superspeedway.
