Rizla Suzuki GSV-R800 Official Livery Launch

The all-new 2007 Rizla Suzuki GSV-R800 (factory technical code XRG0) will be officially unveiled at the Official MotoGP Test in Jerez, Spain on Thursday 22nd February.

All members of the media are invited to attend the event which is to be staged in the Rizla Suzuki MotoGP pit-box at 18.00hrs local time, when the garage doors will open to allow access from pit-lane.

The unveiling will be made by Rizla Suzuki’s rider line-up for 2007 of John Hopkins and Chris Vermeulen and will feature the latest version of the GSV-R prototype motorcycle as the star of the show. Members of the Rizla Suzuki MotoGP team including Team Manager Paul Denning and both riders’ Crew Chiefs – Stuart Shenton and Tom O’Kane - will also be present to answer any of your questions. Also attending will be Suzuki’s Racing Department Group Leader Mr Fumihiro Oonishi and the team’s Technical Manager Mr Shinichi Sahara.

The latest version of the Suzuki GSV-R race bike will feature a brand new ‘retro’ inspired paint-scheme and both riders will be in their latest racing suits.

There will be plenty of photo opportunities with the riders and the GSV-R itself, plus the chance for individual discussions. A full colour brochure with all the latest details of the new bike and a gift from team’s title sponsor Rizla will also be available for all those attending.
