Glock contract with Toyota in limbo

Formula One’s Contract Recognition Board is being asked to rule on whether or not Timo Glock has a valid contract with Toyota.
The Japanese manufacturer have reportedly signed Glock as Ralf Schumacher’s replacement for 2008. However, the contract registered with the CRB apparently conflicts with another one already on file from BMW-Sauber.
