Kimi: Next Year Will Be Easier
Oct 29, 2007
Kimi Raikkonen is confident next year’s Formula One championship will be easier for himself and Ferrari now they have adjusted to each other.
Raikkonen joined Ferrari at the start of this season, which promised to be a difficult year for the Scuderia given the loss of key personnel such as Michael Schumacher, Ross Brawn and Rory Byrne.
But despite a few ups and downs the Italian stable eventually emerged triumphant, winning both world titles.
While Ferrari won the constructors’ championship by 101 points over BMW, Raikkonen claimed the Drivers’ crown at the season-ending Brazilian GP, beating Lewis Hamilton by one point.
