Owen Kelly Returns To FPR In 2007



Ford Performance Racing (FPR) welcomes back a familiar face to the Prodrive team for this year s Sandown 500 and Bathurst 1000 endurance races. Highly experienced V8 Supercar racer Owen Kelly returns after having last competed with the team during its debut season in 2003.

The talented 30 year old Tasmanian driver completes a most competitive FPR enduro driver line-up that includes regular season drivers Steve Richards and Mark Winterbottom, along with New Zealand based A1 Grand Prix and Conquest Racing Champ Car driver Matt Halliday.

Kelly has competed in no fewer than seven V8 Supercar endurance race campaigns during his career, gaining vast experience with a number of major V8 Supercar teams including FPR, Dick Johnson Racing, Glenn Seton Racing, Tasman Motorsports and PWR (Paul Weel Racing) among others.
