Team Toyo™ Off-Road driver Glen Greer clinched the Class 8 class victory in the SCORE Terrible’s Primm 300 off-road race on Toyo® Open Country M/T® tires this past weekend in Primm, Nevada.
Greer piloted the Greer Brother’s Racing Class 8 Dodge truck through some of the roughest and most unforgiving terrain in the southwest for the entire 288 mile race. Conditions were unique, as racers encountered dust and silt, and then mud from recent rainstorms when crossing normally dry lakebeds.
“We had virtually every conceivable type of terrain on the course; from mud to silt to rocks to sand, and through it all our Toyo Open Country M/T tires performed so well that we finished the race on the same set of tires that we started on,” said Greer.
“We are very pleased with the Greer Brother’s Racing Class 8 win and congratulate Glen on a job well done,” said Stan Chen, manager of events and motorsports, Toyo Tire (U.S.A.) Corporation. “The team’s victory exhibits the level of expertise, professionalism and dedication that is a benchmark of our Team Toyo members.”
