Frank Kreyer, veteran super-late model driver throughout Wisconsin, will make his NASCAR debut and debut the #44 Culver’s Chevy Silverado from Key Motorsports this weekend in the Kroger 250 CRAFTSMAN Truck Series race on the one mile banked oval of Martinsville Speedway here.
The 36-year-old, life-long Wisconsin resident has been racing on the Wisconsin short-track circuit, first in the Junior Cup Series and then in super-late models, for some 16 years. He won four championships in the Junior Cup Series before moving up in 1999.
According to Kreyer, “This is a great opportunity. I never thought I would be at this point in my career when I’m about to run with NASCAR and some of this country’s best drivers and teams. I’ve been privileged and blessed to have had this long and rewarding relationship with Culver’s, and I want to do everything possible to make this a successful program.”
