Kvapil on racing at The Milwaukee Mile:
“Milwaukee is a track that I’ve got circled on my calendar as one that I really want to win. It’s only about an hour and a half from my hometown, so I consider it my home track. I know we’ll have a big fan base show up so that’s going to be even more motivation to run up front. It’s a one-mile track but it’s like a Friday night short track race with the flat corners and the slower speeds. You’ve got to have a good handling truck to get around there. ”
Crew chief Mike Beam on racing at The Milwaukee Mile:
“What a great time to be heading to Milwaukee. It’s the home track for Travis and several guys on the No. 6 team. Coming off our win at Michigan, everyone is really fired up and ready to go win another one. Travis gets around this place really well, he’s never finished out of the top-10 in the truck series here. We’re going to look to continue that streak this weekend. ”
