It was reported briefly on Monday that the Russian’s silver Mercedes-Benz jeep-style vehicle exploded in the Russian capital when he turned the ignition.

An investigation is underway.
“I started the car then reversed about a metre and heard the explosion under my feet. The floor blasted open. I got out of the car and saw that it wasn’t on fire then called the police. Nothing extraordinary there, I just feel sorry about the car. I am very lucky that my legs are fine because the floor was badly damaged,” Sergey Zlobin commented. News.Trendaz.com
Sergey Zlobin is a racer of the International Racing Federation. He is the only Russian sportsman who has ever had a contract with Formula-1. In 2004 Zlobin performed for Minardi team as a test pilot. However, he has had no race in the World Champion. NEWSLAB
