ING Renault F1 Team Sits in Fourth Place in The Constructors’ Championship

First conclusions

After three races of the 2007 season, and ahead of the beginning of the European campaign, the ING Renault F1 Team sits in fourth place in the constructors’ championship. The World Champions are experiencing a tougher start to the season than in recent years, shaped by the current performance deficit of the R27. But thirty years of experience at the sharp end of Formula 1 don’t breed defeatism.

The team knows it has the resources and knowledge to identify the problems, invent the solutions and improve its performance. Constant fight, total commitment and continuous progress are three key ingredients of the medicine for our ailments. And the ING Renault F1 Team will continue its work next week, during three days of testing in Barcelona, at the Circuit de Catalunya, which will host the Spanish Grand Prix in a little more than a fortnight.
