Formula 1: McLaren Brazilian Grand Prix Appeal Venue Shifted From Paris To London McLaren

McLaren’s appeal over the result of the Brazilian Grand Prix will now be heard in London on Thursday.

Lewis Hamilton’s team disputed the decision of the stewards not to penalise rival teams BMW and Williams for fuel irregularities in Sao Paulo - which cost the young Briton the world title in his debut season. SportingLife

The appeal hearing launched by Formula One team McLaren-Mercedes against Williams and BMW Sauber has been moved to London from Paris because of strikes planned in the French capital in the coming days, the sport’s governing body, the FIA, confirmed on Tuesday.

The meeting will take place as scheduled on Thursday morning, but in the British capital. AFP
