McLaren Driver Lewis Hamilton Beats Michael Schumacher at F1 Testing

Lewis Hamilton was clearly a happy man after he beat seven-times World Drivers’ champion Michael Schumacher during the last test drive of 2007.

Hamilton, 22, exploded on to the F1 scene in his debut season and just missed winning this year’s World Drivers’ championship.  Motoring.co

“It was a special feeling to experience seeing Michael back in a Formula One car again,” Hamilton told German tabloid Bild.

Last month, Schumacher was fastest in his two previous days of testing for Ferrari at Barcelona in his first time behind the wheel since his retirement in 2006.

The 38-year-old German returns to the track for the final day of testing on Friday.  CanadianPress.com
