Along with multi-language major media exposure in print, radio, and television - Superleague Formula clocked up nearly a 1/4 million Google search results within the first two weeks.
“Our staff certainly have an extremely busy few months ahead. We are finalising contracts with several major football clubs, holding discussions with race teams throughout Europe, visiting race tracks, and investing a lot of time and resources into creating our complete race weekend entertainment package, “ Andreu said.
“Our focus remains very clearly on providing the fans with more than just on-track action - that will just be a part of the entire entertainment experience. “
The Superleague Formula championship is expecting to announce additional clubs in the near future. AC Milan stars including Paulo Maldini, Gennaro Gattuso, Clarence Seedorf, Kaka and Ronaldo recently unveiled the Italian club’s red and black liveried Panoz chassis in Milan and more club unveilings will follow shortly.
“We had held discussions with many football clubs and race teams prior to the launch, but since the unveiling those discussions have certainly moved into high gear, “ Superleague Formula Operations Director, Robin Webb said.
“The race teams we have spoken to are extremely excited about the Panoz/MCT chassis/engine package. The cars will be very fast and the financial commitment required by the individual teams makes our championship very attractive. “
