British driver Adam Carroll will be back in action this weekend in the third round of DTM at the Euro Speedway, Lausitz.

After completing his first DTM race and his first race in 8 months, the 24 year old, from Northern Ireland, was happy to get into the top ten after a tough battle in Oschersleben in his 2005 Audi A4.

The EuroSpeedway is tucked into a quiet area of the former East Germany, between Berlin and Dresden and is the only circuit with a banked section on the European continent.

“I have actually driven before at the Euro Speedway in an Opel DTM car. In 2003 I did a few rounds of the Euro F3 and at end of it Opel asked me to test. It was rained off after 5 laps though. But I have also driven the banking at Rockingham so it doesn’t faze me at all. It is just another corner and the main thing is to get round it, ” said the Team Futurcom-TME driver.
