One lucky race fan is going to get closer to the action at the FIA World Touring Car Championship Megaday at Brands Hatch (21/22/23 September). A unique raceday competition will allow one person to be strapped into the passenger seat alongside WTCC ace Andy Priaulx for a flying lap of the Grand Prix circuit.

The competition will open at the event and details of how you can enter will be available on the day. The lucky winner will be announced on race day before blasting round the circuit in the new BMW 1 Series coupe with the double world champion.

Priaulx said: “I am just going to treat the passenger like extra ballast! Around the back of Brands Hatch is absolutely awesome, for me it’s just one of those tracks, it’s like a roller coaster. Paddock Hill Bend for instance is like falling off the edge of the world! ”
