One West Palm Beach auto dealer is betting that Fisker Automotive’s new $87,900 vehicle will attract the same buyers who now tool around in BMW 750s and Jaguar sedans.

“It’s a plush luxury car,” says Ryan Moore, Fisker brand manager for Palm Beach Motor Cars in West Palm Beach. “It’s the perfect car for the socialites on the island.”

Moore even has a word for it: “eco-chic.”

When it comes to power, the Fisker is no Toyota Prius - it goes from zero to 60 in 5.8 seconds.

Moore expects the first Fiskers to arrive in December.
