Infineon Raceway will celebrate its 20th anniversary of NHRA drag racing in the Sonoma Valley this year, and race fans are invited to the official kickoff party on Wednesday, July 25.
The raceway, along with The Bone 107.7 FM out of San Francisco, will host the “NHRA Burnout Bash Party, ” featuring a four-course gourmet meal at Fior d’Italia Restaurant in the historic North Beach District of San Francisco.
The festive night will feature special guests, a raffle and giveaways, as well as Lamont & Tonelli, the popular morning show duo on The Bone.
Pro Stock drivers Greg Anderson (Summit Racing Equipment Pontiac) and Max Naylor (Jagermeister Dodge) and Pro Stock Motorcycle rider Karen Stoffer (Geico Suzuki) will attend the party and participate in a Q&A with the race fans in attendance. Naylor also plans to have his Jagermeister Pro Stock car on display in front of the restaurant, and the Jagermeister Girls will also be on-hand. The evening will be hosted by long-time Infineon Raceway announcer Dick Sisich.
Cost is $57 per person or $107 per couple, with no-host cocktails set for 6:30 p. m. followed by dinner at 7:30 p. m. An added bonus is that the first 17 seats that are sold to the kickoff party will be accompanied by a free ticket to Saturday of the FRAM Autolite NHRA Nationals weekend at Infineon Raceway, July 27-29.
