Bravo! Brands Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BRVO): Jeg Coughlin and Dave Connolly have seen the future and now they want to make it happen.
Coughlin, driving the Slammers Ultimate Milk Chevy Cobalt for Cagnazzi Racing, and Dave Connolly, his teammate in the Knoll-Gas Motorsports TORCO Slammers Ultimate Milk Cobalt, were one step away from meeting in the final Pro Stoc k round at Houston (April 1).
They didn t make it then, but the incentive is there again this weekend at the Summitracing.com Nationals at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
“Our goal is to get our two cars in the final round together,” said Coughlin, at 36 the elder statesman of the driving duo. “But we have some work to do. Come Sunday, there will be 14 other drivers and teams that will have something to say about that. But it is not out of the question.
“It should be a good weekend for us, coming off our solid performance at Houston. It should be extremely competitive and we should be right in front of the mix.”
Connolly, 24 and in his fourth full season of Pro Stock racing, is third in NHRA POWERade Series points with 252, followed by Coughlin at 217.
