Avalanche Racing Team co-owners Mike and Bonnie Glefke will host a group of local 120 CHAMP racers from Winter Thunder Challenge as their guests during this weekend? s Nielsen Enterprises Grand Finale. The event is the season-ending event for the WPSA PowerSports Snowmobile Tour.

The Glefkes, along with their world-class team of mechanics and riders, will help introduce the young racers to the world of professional Snocross racing.

? We? re trying to do our part to give back to the sport that has brought us so much success and joy over the years,? said Mike Glefke.? The 120 CHAMP class is the future of the Snocross racing. These are the next Mike Schultzes and Andrew Johnstads, so we want to help expose them to the top level of our sport.?

The Avalanche Team will conclude the successful WPSA/Avalanche Racing Crew Member for a Day contest here. The team pioneered the effort to create the program, which awards one lucky fan the chance to work side by side with the Avalanche team at each race this season. The winners also receive a free Z1R helmet, as well as the chance to win $1,000 in products if an Avalanche sled makes the podium.
