“Mont Tremblant is as important a race to us as if it was a championship deciding event, ” said Walker.
“Why, because we have had an exceptional car, exceptional driver and team performances this year and haven’t got the results we deserved.
“Momentum is everything in racing and if we don’t put the results up at Mont Tremblant, my concern is we begin to lose momentum and if you lose momentum you lose a championship.
“With that being said, Mont Tremblant bodes well for us, we did test well there, but it’s hard to gage on a test exactly where everyone has to line up, but we have a good starting point.
“It’s smooth, extremely fast, it’s undulating it’s a very challenging track and it’s not a track for the weak at heart, it’s a skilful track, you have to be a committed driver and both of our drivers are committed and I think we can keep the momentum up there. ”
