Hamilton Proves He Is The Fastest - Faster Than A Learjet In A Race

Lewis Hamilton took on his fastest opponent yet this week.

However, his challenger was not in the red of Ferrari, nor even on the track.

The Tewin race ace took on the force of a 530mph Learjet as a publicity stunt at the Farnborough International Airshow.

As the plane, made by Bombardier of Canada, flew above him, Hamilton roared down the runway at Farnborough at the start of the air show at the Hampshire airfield.

Hamilton got behind the wheel of an F1 McLaren racing car, and drove for about 10 seconds as the jet flew above him.

The idea wasn’t to have a race but to show off how good the car and jet were, but afterwards, officials said that once again, Hamilton was the fastest.
