The multi-millionaire racer spends hours walking the trickiest track of them all and can see every inch of it in his mind’s eye.
And he’s spoiling for a fight as he aims to change his sequence of rotten luck on the tight and twisty track and become only the sixth Brit to grab ultimate glory in the world’s most glamorous Grand Prix.
“I won’t be pussyfooting around, ” said Button, 29.
“I know I need to be a bit more aggressive and scrap for every point.
He has retired twice, been banned and ended up trailing home 11th for the last three years on the trot.
“It’s going to be tough, but I’ll be full of confidence.
“Monaco is a bit like Barcelona and I’ve usually struggled on tracks like that.
“But my win last week in Spain has boosted my confidence.
