Jenson Button sits in his ritzy circuit-side apartment in Monaco gazing at the mind-boggling view – but all he can see is himself on the top step of the Grand Prix podium next week.

“I won’t be pussyfooting around,” said Button, 29.
“If I get it right I can see myself on that top step.”
His best placing was second five years ago, only half-a-second adrift of Jarno Trulli – but he suffered a terrifying crash that kept him out of the race in 2003.
“You could say I’ve had my ups and downs here,” said Brawn ace Button, who leads the championship charge by 14 points with four wins out of five races.
“Monaco is a bit like Barcelona and I’ve usually struggled on tracks like that.”
“But I won’t be hanging back waiting for a win to happen. I’ll be going for it – and it’ll be the same right to the end of the season.” Daily Star
“I have always been a bit too cautious at places like these, so I have to alter my style and attitude a bit.
“As long as I stay off the barriers I have a very good chance of changing my bad luck in Monaco.

“I won’t be pussyfooting around,” the 29-year-old added. “I know I need to be a bit more aggressive and scrap for every point. Setanta Sports
