Lifsey Wins Third Bumper Battle



INSSA car standout Andy Brown dominated the 30-lap Fever 4 main event to win over Matt Hatton and last year’s champion KC Garber. Mel and Terry Auckerman, father and son, won the dashes.

Coeur d’ Alene’s Chuck Davidson piloted past wrecks in a caution plagued feature race for the Road Runners, to take the victory. Russell Syverson finished second Jamie Allen third. Brian Shaw won the B Main.

Racing continues Saturday with the Inland Northwest Winged Sprint Cars beginning their 2007 season with returning champion Kevin Burck. The ICAR Racing Series and the NW Pro 4 Trucks are also scheduled to compete. Adults are $10, kids under six are free. Events start at 6pm.

The wild, wacky, unpredictable action of Wednesday Night Fever continues every Wednesday at 6pm with the cars and superstars of the Road Runners, Fever 4’s, plus the wild and crazy Bump to Pass division. Adults are just $5.75; kids under the age of nine accompanied by adults are free.
