It’s been a while since Michael Schumacher has been behind anything that resembles an F1 racing wheel. But the best in the business got to finally loosen up in a GP2 car this morning. Even though the weather was less that cooperative, Mercedes did admit that this is one of many times for Michael to get use to f1 racing.
But in the end, it really didn’t matter, when he climbed into the race car with a plain white jump suit and a bright red race helmet, you could tell that he was in the zone. It will only be a matter of time before he is ready to jump on the start grid next year.
Yes, for right now, everything on the Mercedes side seems to be okay. Also, we have a confirmed report that Michael Schumacher’s injuries that prevented him from returning last year are no longer affecting him, so for right now all is well.
