It has been confirmed by race stewards for the Belgian grand prix, that none of the drivers involved in the first lap incident at the Les Combes chicane, which saw four cars retire from the race, will receive a penalty.
The crash started when the field was forced to bunch up because of a slow exit from the chicane by race winner Kimi Raikkonen.

Rookie Romain Grosjean plunged Button’s season to a new low as he crashed into the back of the Brawn in an incident which also ended Lewis Hamilton’s race.
But then the Frenchman turned on world championship leader Button and accused him of causing the accident.
The collision at Les Combes consigned the 29-year-old to his worst result in 12 races and his first non-finish of the season as Kimi Raikkonen chalked up his first victory in 16 months. Mirror.co.uk
