Over 4600 of you voted in all, with 41 per cent choosing the British pair, Graham and Damon Hill - the only father and son to both win a World Championship.
Second with 27 per cent were Canadian duo Gilles and Jacques Villeneuve. Father Gilles, who starred for Ferrari, never won the title and suffered a tragic death in qualifying for the 1982 Belgian Grand Prix at Zolder; Jacques honoured his memory by triumphing in 1997 with Williams.
Mario and Michael Andretti (14 per cent) and Keke and Nico Rosberg (10 per cent) were the next most popular options.
