With economy being what it is today, there is much chatter about the possibility of converting body fat from lipo into fuel. That would certainly improve the gas prices I’m sure. But I think it’s like the saying “If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true.” I would have to find the opinion of a board certified plastic surgeon on this subject.
However it did raise my curiosity, so I began my online search to learn liposuction and find out just how serious the medical field is about coverting lipo fat to fuel. We already have the companies producing fuel from animal fats and fast food resturants, so maybe it isn’t as much impossibility as it seems. But fuel oil is measured in gallons and fat is measured in pounds, so how are you going to convert gallons to pounds?
It sounds like a very good idea, however during my extensive research to learn lipo on this matter I didn’t find a board cerified plastic surgeon that was too keen about the idea. After all, that is alot of lipo fat to be able to turn it into fuel.
There was one surgeon who was using patient’s lipo fat for fuel in his and his girlfriend’s vehicle. But the outcome was very unpleasant for the both of them. Facts were reported that this physician was not a board certified plastic surgeon. My conclusion from my research, at this time appears a little dismal as to getting our fuel from fat and we will have to continue paying our high gas prices.
If given the chance for an extensive study about this one, that would be of big help to car owners. An affordable and environment-friendly fuel, isn’t that great?
