The upcoming 27th Annual Dirt Track World Championship presented by Gottarace.com (DTWC), one of dirt Late Model racing’s true crown jewel events that will be held on October 18-20, 2007 at Jim Nier’s KC Raceway in Waverly, OH paying the winner $50,000, will again be the place to be when the Class of 2008 is officially announced for the National Dirt Late Model Hall of Fame (NDLMHOF). Executive Director Bill Holder and other representatives of the NDLMHOF will be on hand to announce the new inductees prior to race time.
“What better place to announce the inductees to the National Dirt Late Model Hall of Fame than at one of the sport’s most famous and historical Dirt Late Model races,” stated Bill Holder. “This will be the fourth year that the announcement has been made at the DTWC. DTWC promoter Carl Short has been very helpful in enabling the Hall of Fame to make this announcement and we certainly appreciate it.”
The announcement will be made approximately at 6:30 PM on Saturday October 20 before the racing program for the 27th Annual Dirt Track World Championship presented by Gottarace.com begins.
