Raybestos Rookie of the Year contender, Brad Keselowski, will drive the Oklahoma Centennial Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS #23 this Sunday, March 4, in the NASCAR Busch Series Telcel Motorola Mexico “200” presented by Banamex race at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodriguez road course racetrack near Mexico City, Mexico.

This will be Keselowski’s first start at a road course racetrack in a NASCAR Busch Series racecar. In fact, this will be Keselowski’s first start at a road course racetrack in any NASCAR sanctioned event. Having completed last week Bondurant’s Racing School, Keselowski gained some useful seat time in a full bodied racecar learning the ins and outs of racing on a road course. “With a lot of veteran road course drivers competing in this event, I look forward to learning a lot from them, ” stated Keselowski. “I’m really looking forward to this event. This will help prepare me for Montreal and Watkins Glen later in the year”.

The Keith Coleman Racing team has been working on this racecar since the off season began last year and crew chief, Ronnie Griffin, believes they have a competitive racecar. “This will be a new experience for the whole team working with Brad for the first time at a road course event, ” Griffin stated.

Team owner, Keith Coleman, and his race team, Keith Coleman Racing, will be making their third appearance at the Mexico City race track. “The race fans in Mexico are great, ” Coleman stated. “They love NASCAR down there and we look forward to introducing them to Brad [Keselowski] and the State of Oklahoma Centennial”.
