Dario Franchitti Qualifies on the Front Row for the Indianapolis 500



Dario Franchitti, driver of the #27 Canadian Club car, will start on the outside of the front row for the 91st running of the Indianapolis 500. Franchitti posted a four-lap average speed of 225.191 miles per hour (2 min., 39.8642 sec. ) which gave him the pole position until Helio Castroneves and teammate Tony Kanaan topped his time with less than ten minutes remaining.
