“I’m happy with the third-place finish today after starting eighth. The Team 7-Eleven guys worked hard all weekend, gave me some very good pit stops today and were able to gain a couple of positions during the stops. We had to save fuel during the last stint and had telemetry problems over the final 10 laps, so to be able to finish on the podium for the second-straight weekend is a great accomplishment. We’re in a battle for third place in the championship and Dan (Wheldon) didn’t finish. It makes the championship exciting, not just for first and second, but third and fourth as well.”
