Matsuura Rebounds for 10th Place on Indy Speed Chart



Kosuke Matsuura rebounded from long day yesterday at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and posted the tenth-quickest lap of the day during a rain-shortened practice session Wednesday. Matsuura, who was having a great run at Kansas Speedway prior to a mechanical failure, experienced his best day of the month with his team.

Delphi Panther Racing driver Vitor Meira finished the day with a top lap of 222.371 mph, which was 16th on the overall speed chart.
