Team Penske’s Will Power and Nelson Philippe from Conquest Racing were both injured after being involved in a three-car crash during Saturday’s practice session for the Indy Grand Prix of Sonoma at Infineon Raceway.

I just went to avoid him, but it’s so tough. I didn’t see much by the time I had to try and avoid the car.” San Francisco Chronicle
Coming into the event, Power was 16th on the season points list with 209.
