The ASA Late Model Series Presented by GM Performance Parts continues to sign new and returning sponsors at a rapid rate. The Decal Placements on the ASALMS cars for all three divisions will be a tough task to figure out to say the least for ASALMS Co-Founders/Presidents, Ron and Sandy Varney.
As the 2007 season is quickly approaching, more and more new contingency sponsors are stepping up to the plate in support of the ASALMS. Since the ASALMS is going International in 2007 with the ASALMS Challenge Division event at the Cayuga (ON) International Speedway, located South of Hamilton and West of Buffalo, New York in Hagersville, Ontario Canada on Friday and Saturday June 29-30, 2007 for the running of the International 200, sponsors from Canada are now stepping up to the plate in support of the ASALMS as well.
For the 2007 season Leaf Racewear and Safety Equipment, based in London, Ontario Canada, has come on board for the Fifth Anniversary Season in the ASALMS as the “Official Uniform Providers of the ASALMS”. The ASALMS Officials will be sporting brand new Administrative and Tech Officials Shirts in all three divisions for the upcoming Fifth Anniversary season.
In addition, Leaf Racewear and Safety Equipment hasn’t forgotten about the cars and stars of the ASALMS as their very successful business in the Canadian provinces of Ontario as well as Quebec and the Northeastern region of the United States will also be a Participating Manufacturers Program (PMP) partner within all three divisions of the ASALMS as well as Leaf branches out to the Midwestern U. S., with a new mailing address located in Port Huron, Michigan.
“A professional traveling series not only has to act the part, but they have to look the part too and Leaf Racewear will allow us to do that with their 2007 uniforms for our ASALMS Officials. ” Stated ASALMS Co-Founder/President, Ron Varney. “For the Fifth Anniversary Season, we’re going back to the colors of the USPRO Cup Series for our administrative officials. Including Sandy and I, they’ll be wearing blue uniforms while our Tech Officials will now be in the bright yellow ones. ” Varney explained.
