Additional events are expected to include the Perris Oval Nationals Sprint race in November, plus the USAC Silver Crown Championship race presented by K & N Enginering at Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, Ill. on July 13 and the “Turkey Night Grand Prix” Sprint, Midget and Ford Focus races at Irwindale (Calif. ) Speedway on Nov. 22.
Lucas has long been involved in the American racing industry through multiple vehicle sponsorships and racing event promotions at all levels. The need for better lubricants in this industry led to Lucas developing a line of high-performance engine and gear oils.
