Targets Youth Awareness and Opportunities in Racing

The Milwaukee Mile, America’s oldest active motor speedway, is into it’s second century of holding world-class auto racing events. The Wisconsin Sports Development Corporation (WSDC), in part, helps develop sports tourism in Wisconsin. The two entities will work together on a number of initiatives, it was announced today.

Milwaukee Mile Chairman Craig Stoehr, who is an active WSDC Board Member, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in international sports marketing to assist in this effort. Stoehr will be working with the WSDC on initiatives that reach beyond the metro Milwaukee area, to promote sports tourism at The Milwaukee Mile and in Wisconsin.
