The original figure already made it one of the quickest cars in the world, and it’s likely to cost around £60,000 in the UK, and it’s a Nissan, it makes it even more impressive.

But the best bit is the way it recorded this mind-blowing figure.

According to online mag Edmunds Inside Line they have discovered a secret launch control akin to pressing down, down, up, up, X, X, R1 and R2 on a PlayStation controller.

They got hold of a production GT-R in Japan with 1,500 kms on the clock, that is owned by journalist Jun Nishikawa.

The launch control is known to some but is not something the company wanted to shout about for some reason.

To activate it you need to configure the transmission, dynamics control and damping adjustments properly.Piston Heads
