The Susquehanna Speedway Park will hold its annual preseason Media & Open Practice Night on Saturday and Sunday, March 31 & April 1 from 5:00 p. m. to 8:00 p. m. The pit and grandstand gates open at 3:00 p. m. All types of full size racecars may attend the open practice which includes ASCS Sprint Cars, Super Sprint Cars, Super Sportsman, Late Models, Street Stocks, Xtreme Stock Cars, Classic Cars, Women on Wheels and Vintage Cars.
Even full size racecars that are not currently scheduled at SSP may participate as all classes will rotate with track time throughout the evening. The only smaller than full size racecars that will be permitted are the Legends Cars, Mini Vans, Four Cylinders, 600cc Micro Sprints and ARDC Midgets. Drivers may practice on both nights if they choose.
The grandstands will be open for free to the public during the practice session. The cost for the pits will be $12.00 per person with a minimum age requirement of 14 years of age. All pit entrants who are 14 to 17 years of age must have a birth certificate on file at SSP or provide a copy at the pit gate before they will be permitted in the pits. SSP Pit Notes
