WPS Racing Extends Its Relationship With Daimler Chrysler

WPS Racing’s relationship with DaimlerChrysler Australia/Pacific has grown again with the V8 Supercar team taking delivery of a new Freightliner Argosy Evolution prime mover. The Freightliner has been painted yellow to blend with the team’s total transport colour scheme which carries the black and silver colours of WPS Financial Services and bright yellow and red colours of WOW Sight and Sound.
WPS Racing’s owner, Craig Gore, says the delivery of the new Freightliner is a fantastic addition to his team’s resources and a fitting extension of the relationship with DaimlerChrysler. “DaimlerChrysler has been a terrific supporter of WPS Racing which is the only independent team in the V8 Supercar series, ” said Gore.
“We first become involved with the company through the V8 Supercar safety car program and the relationship has continued to grow. “I can’t have a Freightliner as my personal road vehicle, but last year I did park an expensive European luxury car in favour of a 300c STR8, which I love.
