Tyler Irwin of Polson, Mont. and Chett Gehrke of Broken Arrow, Okla. scored feature wins in Ford Focus competition last week. Irwin led all 30 laps Wednesday in his Irwin Racing Beast at Mount Lawn Speedway in New Castle, Ind. to win the Indiana Ford Focus race over Gehrke, Craig Haack, Eric Fehrman and J. T. Hiltibran. Gehrke came back to lead all 30 laps in his Indy Performance Companies/Scooter Ellis Rentals Beast at Anderson (Ind. ) Speedway Saturday, beating Parish, Jordan Pennington, Mario Clouser and Bill Griffith to the line in the Midwest/Indiana feature.

Rain forced postponement of Saturday’s Carolina Richard Petty Driving Experience Focus event at the Orange County Fairgrounds Rougemont, N.C. Track and USAC officials are working to re-schedule the race.
