For the second year in a row, factory Honda Superbike racer Jake Zemke is offering up a generous prize to one lucky amateur Dirt Track racer. Riders competing in the 85cc 7-11 Premier class will not only be chasing an AMA Amateur National Championship, but a brand new Honda CRF250R will be on the line as well.
The 85cc 7-11 Premier class will feature four main events throughout the AMA Black Cat Gold Dirt Track Grand Championships; Short Track, TT and two Half-mile races. All racers qualified for the main event will receive tickets corresponding to how they finish each main event. For each 12 rider main event, the winner will receive 12 tickets, second place receives 11 and down to one ticket for a 12th place main event finish.
During the awards ceremony, all tickets will be entered into the drawing and randomly selected to determine the winner. One participant will go home with a new Honda CRF250R. Hayden Gillim, the 2006 AMA Youth Dirt Tracker of the Year Award recipient took home the prize last year.
