The event promises to showcase some of the major highlights Indian automotive users would get to see and buy next year with a range of spanking new cars, SUVs and bikes being showcased for the first time in the country. It is expected that there would be at least three all new cars being launched at MIMS along with a host of others scheduled for the later part of the year.
While the cars and the bikes would be the focal aspect at MIMS, the show would also feature a complete 360-degree visitor engagement in terms of support events and autotainment. Interactive stands to highlight the latest in modern automotive technology would be a distinct standout.
Add to that a purpose-built offroad section where laypersons would not just see but also get an actual taste of what genuine mud-plugging is all about.
A gaming section where one could get to play Michael Schumacher or Valentino Rossi without thankfully over-extending yourselves would be another highlight as would be a stunt and trial bike show by a very famous European team.
