“I really hope Jenson fulfils his dream and makes it all the way to win the World Championship - he really deserves it, “ she says with genuine affection.
Does she have an ultimate ambition?
“I would like to be happy - oh my goodness, I sound like one of those cliché Miss Universe contestants who say their most fervent desire is world peace.
“And successful - not to make pots of money, but to be fulfilled in my career and then eventually, because I am only 22, to marry and have a family… “ she says with such a sweet, shy smile that you cannot help but think that in the wake of their split Jenson Button has lost more than just a World Championship tactician.
