Jessica to Miss Her Boyfriend's Biggest Race at Brazil

Brawn GP driver Jenson Button will not have his girlfriend, Jessica Michibata, alongside him as he attempt to win the Formula One world championship at this weekend’s Brazilian Grand Prix.

Button, 29, will win the F1 title if finishes on the podium at Interlagos. But his partner Michibata, who has been at his side throughout the season, is instead in Japan on a modelling assignment, according to a report.

Asked how he felt about her absence in South America, Button said: “I woke up happy this morning. I had pretty good dreams if you know what I mean. They put a smile on my face.”

“It doesn’t add to the pressure knowing that I can win the world championship this weekend. It adds to the excitment.”

Meanwhile, Button said he believes the remarkable story of Brawn GP this season is worthy of a Hollywood movie. Telegraph.co.uk

His constant companion, the gorgeous lingerie model girlfriend Jessica Michibata, is to miss the biggest race of her boyfriend’s life here in Sao Paulo, starting with practice today.

“He really loves her company but it’s such an important weekend he wants to be able to focus totally on racing,” said a source. Mirror.co.uk
