Sunshine Coast rider Chris Vermeulen recently received an email from Buckingham Palace inviting him to visit the Royal Family in London.
Vermeulen, who is a grand prix motorcycle racer, says Prince Harry is a big fan.
“He really enjoys his riding and he wants to get on the track,” he said.
“Obviously there’s security issues with him being out on the circuit with a lot of people.” ABC Online
Vermeulen, of Yandina, had invited Harry to the British MotoGP at Donington late last month, a race in which the Suzuki rider finished 13th.

“Harry’s asked him to give him some lessons,” said Vermeulen’s mother Julie.
“He’s got a Triumph he rides and he looking at getting a Ducati.”
The 27-year-old, ranked ninth in the MotoGP world championship standings, presented the prince with the helmet he wore in the race and, avoiding any brotherly jealously, offloaded another for Harry’s older sibling William. Brisbane Times
