With four highly successful shows already under their belt for 2007, the stars and cars of the O’Reilly Auto Parts United States Modified Touring Series hit the road again this coming Friday, Saturday and Sunday, March 23-25, for a “HOT” tripleheader that is sure to draw the Heartland’s top dogs of Modified racing for another weekend of fast action in front of jam-packed grandstands.

The tasty trio of O’Reilly USMTS National Events kicks off on Friday with a visit to the Humboldt Speedway in Humboldt, Kan. Last year’s tilt at the quarter-mile semi-banked clay oval saw defending O’Reilly USMTS national champion Kelly Shryock of Fertile, Iowa, score his ninth win of the 2006 season en route to his unprecedented eighth season-ending title. With one win and three bridesmaid finishes in four races so far in 2007, Shryock leads the rugged road warriors into Humboldt with both the National and Southern Region points lead.
